SHIPPING
- Once your order has been processed it will be delivered to you within 2-4 business days in Meto cities and other than Metro cities, delivery will take 5 - 7 business days.
- Once your order is shipped, you will get an e-mail informing you of the courier company bringing your package and the AWB no. / Docket no. The package can be tracked on the courier company’s web site.
- Deliveries are made during office hours 9am to 9pm. For specific details you can contact the courier company directly.
RETURNS
Our returns policy lasts 10 days for refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
