SHIPPING

• Once your order has been processed it will be delivered to you within 2-4 business days in Meto cities and other than Metro cities, delivery will take 5 - 7 business days.
• Once your order is shipped, you will get an e-mail informing you of the courier company bringing your package and the AWB no. / Docket no. The package can be tracked on the courier company’s web site.
• Deliveries are made during office hours 9am to 9pm. For specific details you can contact the courier company directly.

RETURNS

 Our returns policy lasts 10 days for refund or exchange.

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as membranes, owers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
